bummed. hired these guys twice. the second time they cleaned the trees and did most of what I asked. I paid a lot and they left some heavy limbs I was not expecting them to leave. I did voice concern that day and he said that I would have to hire him again. a few days later the wind blew the branches that I was concerned about down and broke a few other branches in the process. created a dangerous space. I called him and was brushed off. then he said he’d come and take a look; never showed. then he ignored my texts. and when I finally expressed my upset, he responded and told me he didn’t have time. I worked with Fidel and could not have asked for a better experience. I was quoted a very reasonable price to remove a 50 ft jacaranda from my front yard. Fidel and his crew got the job done quickly and the yard looked great when I got home. I look forward to working with them again on a row of about 30 Italian Cypress trees in my bqackyard - I have already received a great quote from Fidel!
