I do not agree one bit with the review that is under me. I was actually there that day when she decided to just come in and start yelling at the worker demanding she let her use the restroom. There are ways to ask and go about acting professional in a manner that is not rude or condescending towards a person. The lady simply told her no sorry only for people washing. Not once was she rude and neither did miss Silvia state to her I'm a regular here etc. It is sad to say the only response she gave was a NO for if it was me I would of probably lost my job that day at the way she was trying to speak to this worker. They do our fluff and fold and everythingIs so nicely folded-- looks like 9The items came right from the where they were bought at the store. Most importantly, all the clothes smell soooo clean and lovely.

First time here, but I just got a free wash at Lavanderia El Gringo Laundromat! I asked if this is normal. The lady who works here (Lesley) said it's because some of these machines give out a free wash every 100th load. I got lucky with my very first wash here. Wow! My experience at this laundromat has been stellar so far. I was a bit shaky at first for not having been to a laundromat in so many years. (Have had a working functional washing machine and dryer at home, so I'm only here because they are out of commission.)For the uninitiated, this laundromat only takes cards that are priced for a dollar.
