Back this past May I needed some emergency repair on a leaking shower issue going into my closet and soaking the carpeting. Because of the age of the house with original shower unit it was not an easy repair and could not guarantee that the fix would work. David researched the issue and came up with a plan for the fix. He and Mike sent Blas and Mauricio to do the work and assured me that they would know what to do. It was a "learning experience" for all. My confidence was assured by David when he said he was going to do a "MacGyver". That reminded me of my father who always did fixes around the house growing up. Had a problem with the work done by a plumbing technician. He charged us for work and the leaking issue wasn't corrected. We received a personal call from the owner of Kerrygold Plumbing expressing his displeasure of what happened, and assured us that the money that we were charged would be refunded. We appreciate this! Kerrygold Plumbing has done work for us before, and did a great job. It just that one plumbing technician that was the problem. Overall they are a very good company to work with!
