I went in this morning at 9a and spoke with Eddie about some work another tire shop had told me needed to be done almost immediately. They claimed it was a cracked bushing and, if left unrepaired I was running the risk of killing my car. It was causing a strong vibration/shimmy upon braking. He had Vic look at it and the discovery was actually; the brake rotors were warped and needed to be machined.
Within 2 hours I had my car back and enjoyed a smooth, shimmy-free drive home. All at a great price.

Called to get a quote for four new tires and an alignment. Chris was very helpful over the phone and they gave me an amazing price, better than anywhere else in the area. Only took two hours and the tires look amazing and my car drives like new. Highly recommended!!
Why I docked one star? Because like all car related shops, there's always shady business. When you purchase new tires, they mention a warranty for X miles but nowhere do they write this so when you try to claim it, you can't prove they said it so... Pro Tip: If they tell you there is a warranty with your tires, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM WRITE IT ON YOUR RECEIPT. I had my receipt from 2019 and I still had to purchase all new tires because I was told, they can't do anything since they don't know who sold me it then. I even asked them, with the tires I got, do they always offer the 65,000 miles warranty and I was told yes! So when I showed my receipt and how my mileage was still in range, they still didn't honor it. That said, they are really kind and helpful and have better deals than Costco. Ernie helped me and he did a great job. I got quoted almost $900 for tires from Costco when I got 4 new tires for $550 here (all-season, for an SUV). They're quick and helpful. Another gentleman here whose name I forgot was supposed to do my alignment but he showed me why he refused and what I needed to get repaired first and was informative. Bottom line: I'd still recommend this place and I'll come back in the future too.
