Dylan D of the Geek Squad - great customer service, technology knowledge was top notch! He did the normal troubleshooting and provided me with options and best of all, fixed the issue. On top of that, he made it all look so easy and did it all with a smile! Geek Squad has always provided great support but Dylan D was my best support ever! Thanks, Dylan and thanks Geek Squad!

Had the most amazing experience with kimberley the technician at the Geek squad, she was amazing charming patient wonderful and everything you would expect a woman to be in the Geek squad. I highly recommend kimberley. She knows her stuff

I am happy they looked at my Mac at no cost. However, they said it was the Apple protection Spyware I downloaded that was causing my Office Word to not open some of my documents. They removed that software from my Mac & opened a document. However, that didn't fix the problem. So the software protection was removed for no reason. I give a 4 star bc it was free service. If I try to go back it'll cost over $100 for them to set my Mac back to the original setting. I can do that on my own but I was able to figure out the problem by simply using Acrobat instead.
