The guy I spoke with over the phone was friendly. I I was looking for an LED transformer. I had previously purchased these from an electrical shop in the Crenshaw district. I was happy to find out they had what I was looking for it in stock. Unfortunately whoever I spoke with on the phone wasn't the person that greeted me at the counter. He had to be the owner or someone with authority because of how arrogant he was. I could not get him to help me. There's nothing worse than being inside someone's store who has what you're looking for but doesn't want to help you. I decided to drive to Los Angeles instead. This wasn't a big purchase but I am in the industry and will not be attempting to shop here in the future.
