Scam company. They charged us to come out and then gave us tasks to complete ourselves. This took us a while because it involved ordering new parts ourselves that were on back order and we spent $100 on those parts (in addition to the fee we paid to them). Once we were done trying all other methods on our own we called back to let them know nothing had worked at which point they informed us that the claim had run out and we’d have to file a new claim, incurring even more costs to us and we still have a broken refrigerator. I’m telling you this company is a scam. Do not trust it.
My fridge stopped cooling. They came out, late, charged me for a repair, and then my next Airbnb guests said it still wasn't cold. They didn't fix it at all. Had to pay them AGAIN to come out and fix is a second time. This time they got it cooling, but it's been months and makes all these weird ticking sounds now. Took 2 weeks today to get the job done and spent $500+
I hired this appliance company to repair my refrigerator, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. Within two days, the refrigerator stopped working again — and somehow it was worse than before they touched it.
