We had a service request from the warranty company for two specific appliances. The service technician was dispatched from All Valley Appliances. When he arrived he was very rude and dismissive. He refused to work on one appliance saying it wasn’t on the work order, when it was indeed on the work order that he read out loud to me.
I called the warranty company and they confirmed both appliances were on the order. I relayed this info to the tech and he said he would only do one.
I called the appliance company and they told us to disassemble the appliance and order new knobs and they would complete the order. We obliged. They returned and the same tech was dispatched. This time he wasn’t as rude.
However he only completed half the job and became belligerent when asked about completing the entire work order that was confirmed by the warranty company. I recorded his rude interaction where he admitted both appliances were on the work order. He told me I needed to go argue with the warranty company about it and he let himself out.
I called the appliance company to ask why only half the order was completed. They were just as rude as he was and I see they just don’t do customer service or courtesy at all. The work order was clear but they just didn’t want to complete the job….
I let the warranty company know that these experiences were documented and recorded and to not send them back until and unless they are prepared to be courteous and complete their work orders.
I cannot, in good faith to my fellow man, recommend this company to anyone. Avoid. If not possible to avoid, DOCUMENT AND RECORD EVERYTHING.
I wish there was a 0 star rating.They don't deserve the one star that's how unprofessional they are. They never fixed the appliance.Left it in a worse condition.And reported the insurance that the job was completed. Stay away from this company as far as possible.
I had a service request with this company last week for a leaking washing machine. The technician came to my place but didn’t fully inspect the machine because it was in a tight spot and difficult to pull out. Instead, he ran a quick wash cycle and said the issue was caused by water pressure.
A few days later, I pulled out the machine myself, adjusted the water pressure, and realized that was not the problem — the washer is still leaking.
If a technician cannot properly inspect the issue, they should be honest and say so instead of giving incorrect advice. My problem remains unsolved, and for that reason, my rating is 0 — not even 1.
