We did a walk in appointment. Overall, everything was great! Ash at the front desk was kind and personal, and gave us updates as they occurred. My artist, Angelica, was very kind and fun! We talked and laughed the whole time (hope we didn't bother anyone 😅). They are a pricey shop but I must say it is worth it. I love my little guy and am so, so pleased with the results.
