Had an absolute just mean experience here. We walk in and this rude sales associate said "you have 1 minute" and moved so we could enter. We said said no problem we just have a return and he stopped in front of us and said "we're not doing returns now". I know this is completely false because I have returned to pet smart before right before closing, there is no designated return time. Anyways, we kindly asked if we could please return this one item and he said no we're not doing returns. It was 6:57pm at this point and he still refused to let us in even though there was still 3 minutes. Should I have come earlier ? yes. my dog was completely out of his prescription food so i went over to this location because its very convenient to my house. when i went to go check out, they asked for the prescription card which i did not have on me. however, i did have a photo and my ID which i offered to show them. manager (or who i assumed was the manager) stepped in and said no they can lose their jobs. my dog is literally out of food and you want to give me issues right now? she said they can "literally lose their jobs." you're going to lose your job over a prescription dog food? no other petsmart has EVER given me issues. and it's new year's day and banfield is closed so i couldn't even go get...read full review

I just had the most terrific appointment for my dog's grooming! I had been taking him to the OTHER pet store near my house but I wonder if they think I couldn't tell that he still smelled and I could still hear his nails in the floor after his visit there! The Hamilton Ave Petsmart Groomers are terrific! They even washed his face (which he does not enjoy, but it's necessary) and cut his fluffy ears so he actually enjoys being stroked there! They OBVIOUSLY care about doing a good job and also care about pets!
