I really liked their prices and service until last time … when I payed it asked if I wanted to tip 30, 40, or 50 Dollars… I know I could have been rude and said no (because I’m so broke the only reason I used them was the good prices) but when put under pressure like that right in front of the employee of course I tipped… which they know you’ll do ….. really bummed about that …. I didn’t have the extra money to do that..:(

I had them come out and do 2 jobs for me. I had them deep clean the tiles downstairs and do my carpets upstairs. With 7 rooms in all you would think it would run allot of money. Not with these guys! They were very affordable and did an outstanding job!

Thank you so very much to Pristine Tile and Carpet Cleaning. I did not have a carpet cleaned or tile BUT I did have my Laminate Flooring restored. I did the terrible mistake of using Rejuvenate (advertised for Laminate Flooring - NOT TRUE) on my Laminate, over time the wax buildup was so bad with scratches and scuff marks all over the the floor and I had 1200 sq. ft. of it. I thought the only alternative I had was a new floor, I was told by everyone I contacted it could not be fixed until I talked to Ray and Anna Vasquez owners of Pristine. Ray assured me it could be fixed, it would take time and hard work, he was so right. My floor looks like new not a scratch mark...read full review
