“We were watching my sons indoor cats while he was out of the country. One of the cats caught his tail on the blind cords and was hanging ( stuck ) while playing with me for a few seconds and he had a large kink in his tail. We called insight and they got us in fairly quick. They told us on the phone he may need X-rays and in some cases amputation so we were fully prepared however after Dr Tran examined him she said he’s not that bad and sent us home with some pain meds. He was back to himself within 24 hours. We won’t take our cats and dogs anywhere else, we’re customers for life.“

“This is an amazing veterinary practice. The veterinarian I saw, Dr. Richards--a U. C. Davis Veterinary School graduate, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I was impressed from the moment I walked into this clean and well-run facility. The staff was polite and caring. My wait time was short, and Dr. Richards took her time to examine my dog and discuss his condition and the plan of action for treating him. Tucker has issues with skin infections likely due to allergies. I know Dr. Richards will determine the root cause after we get his infections cleared up.If you live in the area, it is well worth your while to take your pet to this clinic. It is my understanding that they are fairly new to the area, and it's taken a little time to get the right staff in place. If you've been there before, you really should go back and give them a second chance. I predict that pretty soon, this practice will be full.“
