Worst tax guy ever. David Rooks will screw up your taxes real real good. Want an audit for falsely claiming deductions? Call Dave! This guy makes you THINK your getting an awesome refund but you might want an honest accountant to go over his numbers before you let him screw you royally and invite an audit. Also he does not pay his EMPLOYEES legally according to CA law. This guy probably deserves to be in jail.
