Fantastic staff full of knowledge and it is very clear. They love their job and the animals they’re helping, it has been a pleasure bringing my four month old labrador puppy Maui into see them And take care of all of her puppy vaccinations! I would recommend Airport pet clinic to anybody who loves their animals!
I’d ask them for a written explanation: “If nothing was disposed of, why is the charge specifically labeled a disposal fee rather than a cleaning or sanitation fee, and where was this fee disclosed before my appointment?”
If they can’t give you a satisfactory answer, you can dispute the charge with the practice and, if necessary, consider a complaint to the California Veterinary Medical Board or another consumer-protection agency.
