I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and I enjoyed the location, the fireplace in my room, the view from my room, the shower in my room, and the spa! I utilized the jacuzzi and steam room each night and I was so relaxed and ready for bed after a long day of exploration. I loved the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and the steam room. The only complaints I have are that the toilet seat appeared to be old and it looked stained and the bedding was old and I saw other people's hair on the pillows when I first entered the room. I feel like the sheets aren't properly cleaned and switched out after each person's stay. And, with just $25 a new toilet seat can replace the old junky one....read full review
Enjoyed the hotel since it's near restaurants and not too far away from Hearst castle. Staff was friendly and professional. Only concern is staff is not present at night and cleaning service not available daily
My husband and I booked a horse back riding trip and booked this hotel because it was 8 minutes away and we're so glad we did! The front desk girls are really nice and helpful. We booked the room with the jacuzzi tub and it was sooo relaxing! I loved the fireplace we will definitely book this hotel again in the future!
