They were willing to come to San Simeon state park. Because we were on time restaints and couldn't wait, we went into Morro Bay for a quicker then 2 hour fix. J and his wife stayed in touch until they made sure we were safe and on the road.
Great communication! Thank you, Vicky
My brakes went out towing our Airstream to Plaskett Creek campground in Big Sur. After a phone call with a local towing company we were referred to J Mobile Repair. I called Javier and he was very accommodating. The next morning he and his wife and son drove up to us with the parts he needed, changed the rear rotors and pads on the 4Runner, and got us safely on our way to our next destination. A total godsend, our trip would have been a disaster without him. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Javier!
I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and my tire pressure was dropping quickly, so I couldn’t safely drive anywhere. Even though they weren’t technically open today, J Mobile Auto Repair still came out to help me.
They met me where I was, fixed the tire quickly, and made the whole situation completely stress-free. The price was fair and they were incredibly kind and professional.
It’s rare to find people who are this willing to go above and beyond to help someone out. I’m so grateful they showed up when I really needed it. I highly recommend them if you ever need honest, reliable mobile auto repair.
