My 93 year-old mother-in-law had problems with OneDrive and her file trees on her desktop PC. Dan came to the house, fixed the OneDrive problem, then spent an hour cleaning up her file trees and removing potential malware problems. She is very happy with her computer now, and really appreciates the time Dan took to fix the problems, and give her easy-to-understand explanations what he was doing. And, as her Level One technical support, I REALLY appreciate Dan accomplishing what would have taken me many many hours to do. Thank you Dan!

Dan is very knowledgeable and gets right to the problem. Quickly fixed my solar inverter access issues. I will be having him engineer the installation of my shop wifi in the future.
