Hey if you want a plumber who does not communicate with you after he's expressed interest in the job, this is your guy. Seems to be a common issue with contractors in this area, but there are always other choices. Don't waste your time with Ben.
We have used Ben's Plumbing for a variety of issues over the past several years. Ben has quickly and professionally handled every one of them for a reasonable price. I was dismayed to see that Google shows his business is "permanently closed." Not true!
I am so happy (and relieved) to find Ben's 24 hour plumbing service! I tried to change the valves to my washing machine, but got the wrong replacement parts so they leaked, which meant I had to keep the water to my place shut off. Ben really came through for me. He did a great job, was reasonably priced - especially for a same day, rush service. Ben was also a delight to be around - a very friendly, interesting person who is very knowledgable and skilled. I highly recommend Ben's 24 Hr Plumbing Repair Service. I would use his service anytime with confidence. Thanks again, Ben!
