I went in Vons to get some balloons for my husband's birthday party. The ladies in the floral department were courteous and very helpful. The store itself has a very good selection of products. I love their quality. Every time I buy vegetables or fruits they seem to last longer when I buy them from Vons than from a bargain type of supermarket. I would definitely go back again

Really like this Vons overall. Yesterday was in line and order was complete and paid by the woman in front of me when she said "oh I forgot the two cases of water in my basket, I need those for the 4 or more to save".. there were 4 people waiting in line, the checker said she would need to refund her money, re-ring all the items that had to be un-bagged. What was frustrating was the checker kept telling the woman that this happens all the time...at no time did the checker acknowledge the customers in line that were now frustrated and 2 left the line. When I got up to check out she did not acknowledge me, greet me or bag my items and basically threw my receipt... read full review

By far I like this vons every staff member really nice and very respectful respect a number one thing for me it goes a long ways They have jalapeño bagels cheese bagels and I just found this amazing sweet bread so good it make you slap your momma momma lol but and all Red Bull stop and some goodies for long day at work til next time vons I'm out
