The texting format allows quick responses and bookings. Packages and memberships are available, including the Restore package, and are cost effective. Introductory specials are offered. Great place
I usually go to Korean Spa places like Riviera in LB or ISpa in Irvine. But when the drive becomes too much this is a great substitute.
Staff is always prompt and friendly. I love the texting format for quick responses and bookings.
I purchase the package set up and it’s the perfect in between for someone who likes sauna rooms but doesn’t go consistently to make a monthly membership worth it.

me and my cousin tried the Halo Red light therapy and a sauna and I could say that it’s so relaxing. It relieved my muscle pain. Highly recommended
