From my initial phone call to discuss the maintenance items my Sprinter/Winnebago Navion needed I was immediately impressed with Duy! He explained in detail his recommendations along with the cost estimate. The work was completed on schedule and Duy once again detailed all the work and provided recommendations to keep my Sprinter running well. Duy is a professional and he runs a professional Shop!

Duy (Dewey) is super nice and professional. He is very honest and has a lot of integrity. He was very straightforward and found the issues with our Sprinter quickly and came up with a reasonable solution. This is a very long overdue review.
I had work done to my 2014 diesel sprinter 2500 about a month and a half ago. it is the best my van has ran in a long time.
Forgive the long review, but I feel like context is important.
I had a check engine light come on in my van and with the issue all the online forums told me that I needed to take it to Mercedes and to not bother with a shop.
so I did. Not only did Mercedes have my van for long period of time. They didn’t even fix the problem. I drove it away with a check engine light still on even after they’ve already charged me parts and labor. Another... read full review
