I have been involved in the Towing Industry for some 24 years , I now help managed a Very large fleet of trucks. I can't say enough about how totally awesome my experience was with Bobby and everyone at Platinum Towing has been. I called and told them my situation . Bobby the owner personally went out to look at our situation , Within an hour he had devised a plan that ensured the Very expensive cargo would be handle with extreme care , He called in some special equipment that he didn't own to work with him on the reload. Service helped us to tow truck with loaded trailer to safe place, Mariam dispatch lady was really professional and kind, Gus tow driver is really kind and professional, he helped us to find safe parking, when our truck was not able to move, they charged $550 totally for 2 hours
