110% please with my experience. Sam is as honest as they come. When I first reached out to get a bid, he told me straight up that I wasn't using enough energy to warrant getting a PV system. After replacing my gas water heater with electric (old house, small space, was cheaper than running new exhaust system), he helped me figure out exactly how many SunPower panels I would need and clearly walked me through the entire process. The crew was super fast and efficient on the install. He even checked in a few months afterwards to check how the system was doing and if I had any issues or concerns.

Reviews
I had a solar system consultation today with Lisa Logback. We discussed several options involving my current solar system and came to a mutual agreement on next steps. I have been in discussions with several other solar firms and only Lisa (Photon Brothers) provided me with a depth of expertise to make an informed decision. I applaud her efforts for giving me the best information based on data I provided. Just excellent. Great communicator and asked me great questions in order to develop a very comprehensive plan moving forward. Bravo, Lisa. I recommend Photon Brothers highly.
I worked with Photon Brothers last year to install my solar on my home. I worked with Amir Ahmadi throughout the process and he was great. Answered all my questions patiently and generally assisted me through the process including preparing all my rebate applications. This year I found out one application was denied due to my not seeing/ receiving a key email. I contacted Amir for assistance and again he immediately got involved and help me work through the issues to get the application reopened and processed. I highly recommend the company but specifically Amir who has all the patience to work through issues with someone like me who needs a little extra handholding.
