Ugh. I love dogs and pet stores so I hate giving them only 3 stars, but it seems like I'm always having issues with this store. I bought some Blue Buffalo dry food for my dogs. Opened the bag and it was full of tiny bugs ! That was disgusting. Next visit I was buying a crate and the one I wanted was way up high. I had one employee walk by and I asked for assistance she said she was on her lunch break and told me she would get someone to come over. Ya... that never happened. I found myself walking all over the store trying to find help. The next time I went in for toys. Destiny in grooming took wonderful care of my little Penelope. It was really important to us that Penelope be 100% comfortable with her first grooming experience. I could tell by the way Penelope didn't want to leave Destiny that she was! We will definitely be back!
