Went for eyebrow threading. I only go to get eyebrows down on occasion due to not wanting my eyebrows to get too thin and they don't grow out too much. So I went in saying clean up which was respected. It wasn't busy at the time I went- Tuesday around 530 pm. It was quick. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the price. All my life I paid $5 for eyebrows. I know this was in the past and not in CA. But still, paying over $10 dollars is pretty crazy. I understand inflation and I'm sure they need to increase prices. Wish it wasn't the case. Regardless I will come back due to the service.

Panna is amazing in MANY WAYS! Her kindness, keeping her cool in running her business as customers come in (acknowledging them, communicating, running everything efficiently by having in mind how much time every task takes her and not reducing her quality as she does it!). She is conscious of timeliness, remembers you even if it’s been months (me! As I haven’t been able to come out as much but I only let her thread me and no one else! I rather have bushy eyebrows than someone mess them up so I wait until I can come to PANNA!)

TRUE 5 STARS!! I've been visiting for almost 1year and I won't go anywhere else for my eyebrows. She will listen to what you want and is so kind, it feels like you're going to visit family. I'm particular about the shape and she nails it. Thank you!
