I really enjoyed working with Don Henry! He did an amazing job as our DJ for our wedding that took place on July 14, 2018. He was on time, enthusiastic, friendly, and his communication was great! Since we live in Bakersfield and we were getting married in Oxnard at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Mandalay Beach we didn’t get to meet Don till the day of the wedding. We communicated through email and phone and he was great about returning calls. He did a great slideshow and ended up surprising us with an ending we didn’t expect. He captured our kiss and walking back down the aisle as husband and wife and played it at our reception during our first dance! We were so excited he did this. The “only” reason he isn’t getting a 5 star rating is only because we had bad technical difficulty with my husband’s microphone (which was the DJ microphone) while he was saying his vows which is the most important part of the day. Luckily our videographer had him with a microphone hooked on him too and was able to get the vows recorded. But if he wasn’t wearing another microphone, we wouldn’t have got them!!! I would’ve been devastated. During our amazing video made by our videographer you can still hear squeals and squeaks from the DJ microphone. But, he played all the music perfectly during the ceremony and also played all the songs I requested at the reception.
