Appointment was made online. Mine was mid- afternoon but appointments can be made in the evening or morning as well. I was helped right away and two tests were performed by the assistant before the formal eye test by the doctor. Both were friendly, efficient and thorough. I found the prices to be less than other optical places.
Absolute wonderful practice. Everyone is kind, caring, respectful, and professional. Received a thorough exam and felt confident in the findings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Optometrist.
Dr. Yoo was quick and thorough. It was a routine eye exam, but he answered my questions, and made sure I had what I needed. There wasn't any sales pressure to buy their glasses, and he gave me the info I needed to order my own. Will definitely go there for my next eye exam.
