No idea how they were given a low rating til i read 1 person complained about her botox didnt work , not that she only got a little & needs more . Big difference so i took the time to write a fair honest review! They are wonderful so nice, so accommodating, welcoming, the office is immaculate and they run on time , they offer the basic treatments & have been in business for years & and same employees forever and these are the things that matter to me & I would think to anyone. I have been coming to this weight-loss and spa service clinic off and on for about Four years. I love the service provided to me at this facility. Amazing customer service and great prices, painless laser. I have always found the staff to be caring and considerate and have always had a good experience with them. Walking in I'm right away greeted by on the Front Desk Girl and she is so sweet !! This place is the BEST !
I am very impressed with the courtesy of the staff & the expertise of the NP at this clinic. I came for Botox & Juvederm treatments, & the current NP (Veronica) is highly skilled & professional. I consulted with her & she gave me useful recommendations I've never received from other clinics. I've been really hesitant doing these procedures because it's costly and I was scared of the risks, but she really took the time to hear my concerns & explained to me step-by-step what would happen.
