Excellent service. I am so glad I chose Conejo Mountain to take care of my mother. They contacted me on Sunday afternoon after my mother passed that morning. Immediately they set up an appointment for the following Tuesday for the necessary paperwork. They answered all my questions later on in the week when I had inquiries from where I was taking my mother‘s remains to. They told me it might take two weeks to get the death certificate, I got it a little over a week after signing paperwork. I am glad that I prearranged my mom with Conejo Mountain for this inevitable time; and I’m glad they honored their contract.
Erin, our funeral director, made a difficult time much smoother. She made sure my family was taken care of and explained everything we asked thoroughly. She handled us with compassion, kindness, patience, and grace. She gently reminded us of anything we were forgetting about and allowed us to come forward with what was needed in our own time. And, above all else, she always made sure to offer tissues, water, and snacks. She is appreciated by our entire family and she is an outstanding reflection of Conejo Mountain, may God bless her and Conejo Mountain.
