I got a Chella eyebrow pencil about a year and a half ago in my Birchbox. I didn't think there was much better than the Anastasia Brow Wiz out there, but this definitely is by a long shot. I never even went back to using the Anastasia one before it basically dried up, and that is only because my Chella ran out. Fast forward to this past Mother's Day. I put in yet another order for this pencil, as they were offering a 30% discount for the holiday. A week later and it never shipped. Contacted them, got an actual call back(they don't really understand how it happened but are looking into it), and in the meantime, they're overnight shipping one to my house.
