Such a great chiropractic office! The wait times are relatively short (usually 5 minutes maximum). Dr. Bates relates very well to people and takes time to listen while taking appropriate action on the symptoms and is so understanding. He also explains in detail your individual treatment plan. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

We love Bates Family Chiropractic, I texted over the weekend with terrible lower back Pain and they texted me back immediately and got me In the following week ! Very personable front counter and top notch Care .

Dr. Bates is an incredible chiropractor. He's so knowledgeable and has fixed many of mine and my husband's ailments as we've solidly entered the world of random mid-30s body aches. He fixed my sciatic pain through two pregnancies, and most recently, he adjusted my jaw relieving tons of pain and pressure in my ear. I recommend him to anyone who's looking for a chiropractor. His front office employees are also very professional and I love that I can text the office and get an appointment set up.
