DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PUT YOU ON CLOUD STORAGE- WHEN YOU TRANSITION FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND LEAVE YOU UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR FILES AND IMPEDE YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS OPERATION.

Absolute worst. We were customers with them for approximately 2 years. Non stop problems. They would come out to "fix" and convinced to upgrade, which would then be followed by months of problems and according billing.

As a small business we were then dropped because we were "too small a company". Yes. That is what they told us.
Upon transition, Egnyte (the cloud file server)- that they convinced us we needed, is not at all accessible. MEANING- WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY...read full review

Need an IT Department? Well, call 805 IT and you've got one. These guys work hard to help integrate with your system and protect it from hacking. They literally can solve any problem related to IT. I call them the Solution Guys, they call themselves "805 IT Guys"

I would not recommend Matt and his team to anyone. They are not as responsive as they claim to be, they will hold you hostage for missed payments (and they don't take credit card) and he will not work with you to transition your services amicably. Instead he will dodge your calls and impede your business operations.
