Unhelpful apathetic customer service with little help for any issues from patients. Issues with scheduling and general lack of care makes this location nothing but an expensive building with little to no thought on the semantics of it. We were told day of appointment that the appointment was simply not scheduled and there was nothing they could do but give us another date 4 weeks from now.
Thank you Dr Neeley and Gabbi! They went above and beyond to get me into the VA when Dr. Neeley noticed a problem with my eye. I am now getting treatment for that eye. Thank you! Thank you!
This place is great! Dr Neeley really takes the time to give you her undivided attention and the most accurate prescription. Gaby was very nice too. I would highly recommend :)
