I had a bad accident that injured my whole right side. Dislocated shoulder, sprained knee & tear, and rolled ankle. After a year I finally sought help. I had the worst range of motion in my neck about 3 years ago and couldn't turn my head form side to side at all. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulder muscles. Got a reference from a family member to see Paul. 2-3 hours post appointment I was pain free and full range of motion restored. I won't go to anyone else!
