Working with US Modular to install a manufactured ADU in my backyard was a great experience from start to finish. They handled everything - site prep, foundation, utilities, and coordinating with the manufacturer - to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
One of the biggest advantages of going with a manufactured home is the streamlined permitting and construction timeline. Since the unit is built in a factory, there are minimal weather delays, and once it’s ready, the on-site installation is incredibly fast - done in just a single day.

I hired USmodular to build an ADU on my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build an ADU. I wanted a company that could support us with the planning, permitting, delivery, and set up of the modular home. They delivered on all fronts! I appreciated their honest assessment of the pricing of the project, so we were not blind sided by any major additional costs. They handled all the communication with the city in terms of permitting, planning, and inspections. They are responsive and show up when they say they will. Such a professional company. We are also so impressed with the quality of the home.
