I gave them a call after my mare came up lame. Laura answered the phone and told me she would contact a vet and have them give me a call. Dr. Elliot called shortly after and made an appointment to come out the same day. Laura even followed up asking if I received a call! I can’t rate them highly enough. Reliable large animal vets are few and far between in our area. The ones we do have are usually unavailable. We called Twin Oaks for a colicky horse and within an hour and a half, he was being tubed and lubed. Because of the quick response, this horse is living his best life. Thank you Dr. C!
