I’ve been going to Rick for personal training for about two months and I’m so happy I took the leap into his studio! At 60+ years old, I’m pretty active, but have recently been experiencing some aches and pains that come with aging! I was looking for a fitness program that would help me build strength and stamina in a lower impact method. On my initial visit, I was first impressed by how immaculate the studio is - no musty gym odors here!
