Love this place . I am getting stronger every week . Work outs are helping me so much . Team is outstanding. Highly recommended this program . They really watch you and teach you and you work in that 20 min . Going to do it now 3 x a week . Thank you all for taking care of me .

Love my workout here. Osiris is patient and kind but firm and pushes me exactly when I need pushing. The right trainer makes all the difference, and Osiris is the right trainer for me.

I’ve worked with a few trainers here and all have been great. Currently enjoying motivating sessions with Osiris. He is encouraging and pushes me to reach new limits. His history with regaining his own fitness after severe injury is very inspiring. I highly recommend this program.
