I had a mini breakdown upon learning about the nonrefundable deposit I paid after deciding to not go through with the initial treatment I booked due to a collective agreement not to. Immediately, one of the stylists spoke to the manager who took care of it for me. They all diffused the situation with so much empathy, kindness, and compassion. I was just having a bad day, and was met with patience and understanding.

If it is base color, highlights, a new haircut, or just a great blowout you cannot do better than Melanie at Salon Nuuvo. She is a 100 on a scale from 1 to 10!! In fact, the entire staff at Salon Nuuvo is the best. From salon owner Raychel to the front desk manager, Erin the entire experience is amazing. It is like visiting your best friends every time you go!!
I got my hair cut to donate to 'Wigs For Kids' before starting chemo treatments. AMAZING experience. Kyla is so caring and talented, definitely worth the drive to Calabasas. I can't recommend this salon enough.
