We contacted Richie to help us sell our much loved home of almost 19 years. He really understood what it meant for us to let go of the house we raised our family in and to find the right buyer that would come in and make new memories. The whole process was as easy and we couldn't recommend Richie more!
Richie helped us find and buy a condo in Encino. He is amazing! His local knowledge was critical to knowing what to look at or not, which properties fit our goals and then he helped negotiate our purchase and stay on top of all the documentation to easily close. If we buy in the Valley again, we will hire Richie for sure!
We hired Richie to help us find a condo or townhouse not too far from our grandkids in Woodland Hills. We had a lot of criteria: price limit, light bright rooms, open floor plan, modern, good neighborhood and more. Richie was on top of the market, quickly got to now us and our needs and his experience and knowledge of the area was worth way more than his fees. He made sure we didn't waste time on looking at properties in rough neighborhoods and highlighted how different properties better fit us or not. Then when it came to documentation management and negotiations he was on top of all that too. If we buy again in the Valley, we will hire Richie for sure!
