They were super professional from start to finish! The moment I spoke with them, I knew I was in the right hands. Kaylie was awesome! To be honest, I wasn't sure I hired the right law firm at first. (I was initially concerned about minimal communication regarding progress). My case took a long time because the bad guys kept stalling and made every step so difficult (of course!) ...but when I did call for updates, they were pretty responsive and I would get call backs. I was successful reaching the person who was handling my case. I only really wanted/expected what the bad guys screwed me out of. BUT guess what? I ended up getting WAAAY more than I thought possible. LOTS of zeros! I can't thank them enough. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO REBECCA HARTEKER!!! Highly recommend!
