Selfishly I don't want people to know about Kelly because she does, hands down, the best full set I've ever had. She's fast and she's a perfectionist. She deserves 10 stars!

Kelly is the only tech who does a good job. Other notes - don't bother making an appt though as they will make you wait anyway if busy. Also, they talk A LOT of s*** about customers and snicker constantly. It's pretty cringey. Went to go get a simple gel polish change and it cost $30. They overcharge all the time. I've only gone here because the convenience of location. I give it 2 stars because Kelly is good but honestly the rest of them seem rude and not as skilled.

I went in for a "quick" pedicure. Had little time. I sat down, the technician hands me their rate sheet. I chose the simple $25 pedicure. Once she knew I was uninterested in the add ons for more money, she became a different person, and it was all down hill from there. Not even a thank you, after I still gave her a 20% tip. Will not return. Moral of the story... Treat all equally!
