I’ve been going to Dr. Garrett for 15 years now and he has completely transformed my mouth and my entire life. I had a crooked jaw, which caused bruxism (teeth grinding). My teeth were ground into half teeth and asymmetrical. I also had terrible periodontal conditions which exacerbated all of my problems. Throughout the “prep years” of 2010-2011, Dr Garrett and his team got me ready for a life changing procedure. I needed bone grafts to stabilize my teeth, a palate spread to accommodate bicuspid implants that were removed as a teenager in orthodontia, and careful approach to my periodontal issues that were continuing to degrade my overall oral health. In early 2012, I was handed over to Dr Freymiller for my jaw surgery at UCLA. The results regarding my breathing issues were immediate. After healing from that procedure, I was able to begin my restorative work with Dr. Garrett. Since he carefully laid the foundation for the trauma my mouth was going to endure, it assured a successful outcome. I now have a beautiful smile and a very healthy mouth. I do not have periodontal issues any longer and have a different air of confidence! Once plagued with breathing issues due to crooked symmetry, I am now an elite athlete and can enjoy my life to the fullest! I will be forever grateful to Dr. Garrett for his time and patience in my life changing transformation.

I recently took my 5 year old daughter and my 3 year old son to see the dentist at Calabasas Dental Care. They’re experience there was amazing and I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff. They accommodated my schedule, seeing us at 8am so my husband could participate. For my son, it was his first time and he couldn’t have been happier. From listening to the dentist explain what each tool was for to letting him hold the toothpaste as she was brushing. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend this office to anyone.
