Sheila is compassionate, knowledgeable, and really takes time to listen, and to understand the needs of her clients. I’ve been seeing her since 2022, through 2 pregnancies. She recently treated me for sciatica pain. I was referred to see a chiropractor but unfortunately never felt any relief. After a few sessions of acupuncture and cupping with Sheila I am jazzed to say that I no longer have any sciatica pain. The type of support she offers is very comforting, and much needed during a time that is often laden with many questions, stress and insecurity. Sheila will help calm body and mind.
