I'm going to be nice on this review but last time I called his price was pretty expensive to go to Anderson. He has done multiple tows For our business and personal vehicles. I decided to call another tow company In the area. They worked with me on price and Availability. They'll end up getting our business from now on. Call around you'll be happy you did i'm giving three stars because he has done a good job for us in the past and answers his phone day or night
I would give John and Mt. Burney Towing all the stars in the galaxy if I could. Reviews prior to this have already mentioned the words "life saving" and "rescue" and likewise, I felt the same way. Our car conked out a few miles after passing the Tulelake agricultural checkpoint. We were on a 3 week roadtrip and I had done my due diligence in bringing the car for check and maintenance before leaving but still we ran into a problem. John entertained our needs in spite of having to talk to us throught proxy (Bro in law..because I had data but no network. Go figure.) Brought us a battery and pseudo-towed us 73 miles and gave us a jump 3x when the battery needed the juice...read full review
John at Mt Burney rescued me when my right rear tire decided to blow on my 1987 Dodge van. Upon getting the van in the truck he pointed out other issues with the left rear tire. He is a fellow Marine and sticks to his words. Thank you bro and Semper Fi.
