Benjamin our roofing consultant was excellent. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He took drone photos of the roof. He thoroughly explained the scope of work to my dad in person and then repeated everything to me over the phone because I wasn’t able to be there in person for the estimate. He provided a quote that day and over the next few days responded quickly to all my questions over phone and text, and offered to be available day and night for the rest of the job even though we would be assigned a project manager. Very honest!
We had a leak in our ceiling when it was raining so obviously something was wrong with our roof. Tony commented on our solar panels and asked if we were still under warranty. If so, we should contact them first. The solar company was at fault and will be providing a fix. No other company suggested this. What amazing and honest customer service. I will be hiring this company in a few years when I really do need a new roof!
