What a horrible company. Our service provider was perfectly nice, but the product the company uses for rat poison is supposed to be safe for dogs, and it turns out that dogs can get into the device. After paying this company several thousand dollars a year for 13 years, they were unwilling to credit us anything toward the $600 vet bill when we had to take the dog for treatment from opening the container. Fortunately, the dog survived, but you would think they would have bent over backwards to rectify the upsetting accident and keep us as customers. Nothing. We no longer use Western. In fact, the dog seems to keep the rats away--so get a dog instead of using an exterminator!

It's bad enough to have an infestation. Repeated no-shows, abruptly showing up when unexpected, backtracking about actual appointment times for follow ups has made this entire experience a nightmare. I try to be understanding of all miscommunication but I would not recommend this company.

I appreciate Cheryl's communication and responsiveness! We had an ant infestation and she was over at the house addressing it within a couple of hours. She even accommodates my dogs eagerness to greet her! Grateful for Cheryl!
