Ultimate Nails is a business known for their welcoming and kind staff. They offer a nice and clean ambiance, and are able to accommodate customers quickly, especially for gel manicures and pedicures. However, there have been comments about their acrylic nail skills needing improvement, as some customers have experienced issues with shaping, sizing, and product application. Additionally, the duration of the manicure's longevity has been questioned. Overall, Ultimate Nails provides a positive customer experience, but there is room for improvement in their nail technician skills.
Sigh… just kind of sloppy. I’ve gone here for pedicures twice and won’t come back. They do about 80% of the job, leave polish on skin, swirls and gaps in paint, and neglect filing after clipping. Nice people, but it’s just not worth the money. Was hoping this could be my pedicure place in the valley but still can’t find one.
Super friendly, always does a great job.
Moved to SYV 3yrs ago, it took a year of trying all the local nail salons, to find Tong at Ultimate Nails. He is really good and his prices are fair.
They are nice and welcoming but do not have the skills to do acrylics. Every nail is pointed up, the tips appear to be too small on every single nail, and the shaping is bad. Cuticles are flooded with product on three nails. And after 4 days it looks like 2 weeks of grow out. I asked for a specific color with a very fine shimmer/glitter on top and got chunky glitter. All in all, the people are kind but the quality is low.
