Needed some pants altered for a wedding and they were very nice and professional. The woman who altered them for me did a fantastic job and even went over the two styles for suits. They were ready when they stated they would be and hanging by the front door ready to go. Even down sold me on having them pressed because I was traveling for the wedding. The three negative reviews were for the former owners. The new owners are great. Very friendly and accommodating. The new owners are very careful and do excellent work. I also use them for sewing projects.

I live in Texas. I was arriving on the 10th for a wedding on the 11th. I needed my dress steamed. Called ahead, spoke with Linda, asked if she could steam a dress for me when I got into town. She not only accepted the quick turn, knowing it was velvet, she had it ready within a couple of hours! Amazing customer service! And the dress looked beautiful. I highly recommend Michael's, especially Linda!
