Amazing team all around. From front desk to assistants to Dr's. They made the process of getting braces on a cinch. From payment plans, having your own portal to review, change payment methods, etc. They also gave my daughter a free water pick at the start of braces. They care, remember you, made conversations with my daughter as well as myself. Kept me informed of next steps, goals for next appts, picture with drawings of rubber bands and how they should be worn and for how long. Gives extra bands and even toothpaste to help with cavities. Just finished with my initial consult to help correct gaps/spacing in my teeth. The process was very fast and informative, they ensured all my questions were answered. I didn’t feel pressured to commit to anything so the decision to get liners - which I’ve put off for longer than I’d like to admit - was a very easy choice. I’m one step closer to getting the smile I’ve always wanted 😁.
