Like other reviews, the cabinets turned out pretty, but WOW working them was really quite a painful headache. Sales rep was pushy on her design and what she thought we needed to do so I didn't feel listened to; she also tried to get me to buy a $10k refrigerator I didn't need, came my house and immediately complained about parking; the install team made a huge mistake and getting them to fix it was quite challenging—to the point that it held up our construction timeline. And now some of my drawers aren't closing well. I'm really not happy with the entire experience.

Precision is all about making money. They will nickel and dime you for everything. We used them for kitchen cabinets, a pantry, and a built-in in another room. The cabinets are pretty but I wouldn't say the company focuses on precision. We have noticed flaws in their craftsmanship. We had to have them fix a lot of issues related to sizing and sight lines. We give them two stars for their lack of precision and high costs.

I have been working with Jessica for many years as a contractor for Green Bay and it is always a pleasure. The creativity and response time is always excellent. I highly recommend Precision Cabinets for their quality and customer service. Green Bay Remodeling will choose to work with Precision Cabinets whenever our homeowner goes that direction!
